We carry out the cleaning of the condenser (outdoor unit), as well as the evaporator (indoor unit). For the condenser, we use a pressure cleaning technique, especially on the radiator section.



As for the evaporator, we start by removing the box in order to wash it outside. We then install an envelope that will be used to collect the residue. Regarding the components, we first clean the radiator, then we move on to the blower roller to finish with the water return.

CENTRAL system

The filter in your central system should be changed approximately every three months. You can count on one of our experts to replace it with a filter of equal or better quality.

We also clean the condenser of your central system, the unit located on the outside. For the radiator section, we use pressure washing.

Air exchanger

With the help of a powerful air compressor, we are able to clean your air exchanger. Combined with the work of the whips that rotate at high speed by rubbing the inside of the ducts (effect of pulse and friction), we will suck all the dirt.

We can also take care of dryer vent cleaning. Using a specific brush for this type of duct, we proceed with a thorough cleaning from the exterior outlet.
